Tommy worked for the City of Tallahassee for 33 years prior to joining the RPCC team in 2005 as the equipment manager and construction waste manager.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, three children, and two grandchildren.  He also enjoys listening to Christian and R&B music and attending church.
