Riley started Riley Palmer Construction Company in 1978 and is state certified in both Florida and North Carolina. He specializes in both residential and commercial construction. Riley enjoys bird hunting, hiking, and spending time with his wife, three children, and five grandchildren. Florida License #CBC 016355 (Certified Building Contractor) North Carolina License #69986 (General Contractor).
