Rodney is both a certified building contractor and a roofing contractor in Florida and also holds a Texas Architect License. He joined RPCC in 1992 and shortly after became a partner in the organization. His construction and architectural blended experience ranges from custom residential, historical preservation, technical renovations and medium to heavy commercial.
