This three story 28,000 building is a testimate to our ability to construct a building like none other in Tallahassee.  This building includes a 25KW photovoltaic system, Geothermal heating and cooling using the groundwater as a means to dissipate heat, a sunlight sensitive lighting contol system which automatically dims the interior lighting as the sun shines in and automatic window treatments that are controlled by the sun, just to name a few.  All this and the entire building will remain in complete operation for up to three days with a complete utility outage.

This was an incredible project to build, all of which was completed ahead of schedule and under budget!
